Welcome

Thanks for stopping by. Hope you hang a while and find this site useful. Please give some feedback on what you would like to see on this site. I am very interested in what you think. Below is a little of my background.

Grew up in small town Oklahoma (Frederick, then Sayre). Raised in church as a good ole southern Baptist boy. Saved at age 9, then again at 14, and yet again at 16, and again in my early twenties, and now. Really I guess I rededicated my life those many times as I find I'm still doing today. Today I just consider myself a "follower of Jesus."

I've always loved music and was influenced mostly by country artists in my teenage years. Folks like Merle Haggard, Hank Jr., John Conley, and the like. Got into some bluegrass in my early twenties and started pickin the banjo and guitar. Love guys like Tony Rice, Ricky Skaggs, Nickel Creek, and Alison Krauss. James Taylor got in my blood too in my late twenties as did many Christian artists like Steven Curtis Chapman. The last ten years have been influenced by Charlie Hall, Chris Rice, Chris Tomlin, and as of late, the super-talented Danny Donnelly.

I'm now 40 years young and just really launching into the recording and writing fields. My passion is leading worship. I love God and out of that love worship flows. I currently lead worship for my home church, Trinity Fellowship Sayre,OK (www.justasyouare.com), the PBRO (www.probullridingoutreach.com) (outreach to the professional bull riders), Riding High Ministries (www.ridinghighministries.org) Triple Cross Ministries (www.triplecrossministry.org), and other ministries around. God seems to mainly have me into cowboy ministry at this time and we're just watchin Him do what He does.

I am happily married to a very gorgeous and virtuous woman named Stephanie. She is the Proverbs 31 woman and my number one fan! I have three handsome boys; Clint 20, Cody 21, and Kyle 21, one grandson Aiden 1, and a beautiful daughter-in-law Courtney.

Jesus is my hero and can be yours. I pray that you will be drawn closer to Him through this site and the music.
